Monday Ministerial Regular Meeting

Monday October 24th at 10:30 AM is the regular meeting of the Saint John Ministerial Association.

Our speaker is Alistair Petrie, who has been speaking at St. James the less Church this weekend.

Also we have two very important things that we need to do and we urge your attendance and participation.

Firstly we want to pray and commission Dan Lamos to work in our midst to strengthen the covenant that many of us have signed.  Dan met with the executive last week and expressed his desire to see our relationship with one another through this covenant, deepen.   We agreed with this and would like to have you all join us in praying for him.

Secondly we have a Church in our midst that wishes to read a letter of repentance to the churches of Saint John.    We have reviewed this letter and agreed that it should be read out in our meeting.

A lunch will be available at noon.

In the afternoon you are invited to join us in some prayer walking around some specific sites in the City.  This will take place from 1:00 to about 4:00   We will be doing this with Alistair.

House of prayer event tonight

I-HOP COMES TO E-HOP

INTRO SCHOOL TO HOUSE OF PRAYER

OCTOBER.14TH-16TH/11

Speaker: I-HOP KC Leader, Dale Anderson

Dale’s Bio:
Dale has been a prophetic Bible teacher and preacher for over 20 years. He was a missionary in Gliwice, Poland from 1992-99’. He presently serves as an intercessory missionary in the Night Watch at the International House of Prayer – Kansas City; and is also the director of the Fire In The Night internship.  He has a passion to see the church established in night and day prayer and fasting on a foundation of intimacy. Dale and his wife Cheryl have two children. Their son Jordan, is 23 years old and their daughter Bethany is 20.

Kirk’s testimony(director of E-HOP)

My wife Cheryl and I sat under Dale’s training while down at I-HOP for their “Commission School”. While sitting under Dale Anderson for three months I can honestly share that Dale is a true anointed teacher and prophetic voice to this generation. Revelation of Jesus Christ as the Bridegroom, King and Judge will challenge your paradigms and usher you into holy fascination and cause you to be gripped with the urgency of the hour we are in and the glory of what we have been invited into. Dale teaches the Word of God with a spirit of revelation that comes out of a life of fasting and prayerful study of the person of Christ Jesus. As I sat day after day weeping with my heart being struck with the depths of the Bridegroom’s heart for His Bride and for me, I became undone knowing it was safe to surrender and give Him my all.
It is with great conviction that I encourage you to give yourselves to come and receive what the Lord is imparting in this season.
The Father of all Glory is raising up His house of prayer that will be able to contend and prevail with authority and power at the Eastgate of Canada. We encourage the Body in Nova Scotia, PEI., Newfoundland Labrador, New Brunswick to come and be encouraged and strengthened in your ministry before the Lord. The E-HOP team would love to connect hearts with many of the other prayer ministries from all around.
It is our honor to serve you.
Blessings and Grace.
Kirk Smith.

Details for Meetings with Alistair Petrie

Fall Teaching Mission with Rev. Dr Alistair Petrie
Oct 22-24th 2011
St. James the less Church

We are once again privileged to have with us for a weekend Alistair Petrie. I first met Alistair when he came to serve on the National Board of Directors of March for Jesus Canada, of which I was president at the time. I have continued to be blessed by the perspective that he brings to leadership, the church and the world. In his association with George Otis Jr he has been a great help in bringing in research and observation to a place that all of us can see and hear just what God is up to. Alistair is also very gifted in looking at local situations; city wide and even in a local church or mission organization, to help understand the spiritual dynamics. There are laws that govern how things go or don’t go. There are clear precedents in history and also recorded in the scriptures that give us clues as to what we should be doing… or not doing. Alistair will give us insight into all of this and more.

I would encourage each and every one to at least come to the breakfast on the 22nd and listen. Alistair often has way more information to share than time to share it. Many times there a questions that go unaddressed. Here then is the plan of how we might proceed. –Rev. Eric Phinney Rector of Renforth
